Explanation In Pursuance Of Books Eve of Chaos (Marked #3)

How do you tell Satan that you ran over his dog?

Evangeline Hollis has no idea, and she doesn’t want to find out. She’d rather forget the Infernal that nearly wiped out her training class and killed some of the best demonhunting Marks in the world. Living with the Mark of Cain—and the two sexy brothers who come with it—is trouble enough.

Satan has put a bounty on Eve’s head, and Hell’s denizens are converging on Southern California. The Infernals are complicating Eve’s hunts and creating chaos in her once orderly life. They’ve also brought her to the attention of an overzealous reverend who’s certain she’s Jezebel reincarnate.

Evaluate About Books Eve of Chaos (Marked #3)
What the HECK? There needs to be one more book for CLOSURE! It did not have the feeling of the final book. She did this with the crossfire series too.Way too open ended!

Couldn't put down and left a "hell of a cliffhanger!"

The series ended as expected. A slight cliff hanger but you already kind of knew where the romantic portion of the story was going so I don't feel the need to read the novellas. I kind of wish throughout the series Eve would have stuck to her convictions romantically. In the middle of the book she came across as little wish washy and manipulative. She knew something wasn't right with Cain so she should have taken his breakup with a grain of salt instead of using it as an excuse to have second

I hate it when authors finish a series open-ended. Makes me so mad. If I wanted to write a story I'd have the imagination & talent to be a writer.

Our Review, by LITERAL ADDICTION's Pack Alpha - Michelle L. Olson:I loved this book! The book picks up where the 2nd book, Eve of Destruction, leaves off, with Evangeline trying to figure out how to deal with all of the crap on her plate, her boss missing and presumed dead, and Alec (a.k.a Cain) not at all himself. When Raguel went missing, only a handful of people thought he was still alive given the fact that Cain was promoted to archangel (presumably to fill his void). Eve feels that she would

I have two complaints about this book. First, you can never take Harbor Blvd. to Brookhurst St. The two run parallel and you have to turn somewhere to get from one to the other. Second, the ending is far, far worse than a cliffhanger. It's an ambiguous ending. ARRRRGHHHH!!!!!!Other that those two flaws, the book was a worthy conclusion to the Marked series. It leaves a lot of room for a fourth volume though.

Hated the end.
